1. How long does it take to process my order?

It takes approximately 3-5 working days to process and deliver your order.

2. Where does The Rhinestone Co. ship?

We ship to the UK, Europe, USA, Australia and beyond. Please contact us before processing orders for countries not listed above.

3. How do I wash my item?

All our products can withstand normal wash and wear. Recommended washing instructions are:

  • turn inside out
  • wash delicates in cold water
  • do not tumble dry as the heat will damage the glue used to apply the rhinestones

    5. What do I do if I am not satisfied with my order?

    If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the garments back to us with the retail packaging.
